The University of Michigan Board Of Regents recently voted to establish a Standing Judicial Committee that will be appointed by the Senate Advisory Committee on University Affairs (SACUA) for up to a three-year term. SACUA is currently seeking Faculty Senate members at the rank of full professor to serve on the committee. If you are interested in being considered to serve on this committee for up to a three-year term starting in 2020-2021, please send a brief statement of interest to the Faculty Senate Office by Friday, June 19. Include any information you believe would be useful for SACUA to consider, such as previous service as a faculty ombuds for your school or college, or service on an executive committee.
